WHOLESALE TERMS+CONDITIONS

OPENING MINUMUM: $300 before tax plus the cost of shipping

REORDER MINIMUM: $150 before tax plus the cost of shipping

WHOLESALE PRICING: Authorized retailers will have access to catalogues with the wholesale as well as the suggested retail pricing (SRP). The retailer is not permitted to discount the pieces more than 20% below the SRP. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the materials used in these pieces, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Shipping cost and taxes to be added per location basis. 

​Orders must be paid in full with a credit card before items are shipped out. All relevant paperwork and order details will be communicated through email. 

​PRODUCTION: Each item is handmade to order in my studio and requires 3 weeks for production and shipping but keep in mind that due to the nature of these small-batch, handmade products, lead times may also change unexpectedly. I will always keep you informed and communicate any changes to you promptly. 

Trade Shows: Due to the volume of orders placed after trade shows, lead time will be communicated via email on a case-by-case basis. I will do my best to meet any requested time frame. Payment is processed only once the orders are shipped. 

Custom Collections: I also create collections for museum stores which are based on specific art showcased in the museum’s permanent collections. I would love to work with you to create a custom collection if that is what you are looking for. Just send me an email.

SHIPPING: All items will be shipped via Canada Post within Canada and via DHL outside of Canada. Please send a note if another, shipping carrier is preferred.

DAMAGES/DEFECTS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and send an email within 5 business days of receipt of items for defects or damages. Damaged and/or defective merchandise that meets qualifications will be replaced with new merchandise at no additional cost. I stand behind all my jewelry and am happy to repair damage from normal wear and tear at no cost. 

RETURNS: There are no returns on wholesale orders. However, if any items purchased are not selling, you can exchange them for other pieces of the same total value within 30 days. Pieces sent back need to be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.

HANDMADE VARIABILITY: Due to the handmade nature of the fabrication process and the materials used, no two items are exactly the same. The items pictured in The Spring Moon collection are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.
